SUMMARY:Individual Action interest group meeting\, Tuesday\, February 11\, live for a EnRoads Presentation
DESCRIPTION:Join CALL’s Individual Action interest group on Tuesday\, February 11th\, 2025 to hear a live presentation on EnRoads given by CALL member\, Roberta Tevlin. This will not be a lecture – rather\, a unique opportunity to ask questions and learn about the powerful En-ROADS Climate Solutions Simulator with Roberta’s help as an experienced En-ROADS facilitator. \nEn-ROADS is a global climate simulator that allows users to explore the impact that dozens of policies such as electrifying transport\, pricing carbon\, and improving agricultural practices have on hundreds of factors like energy prices\, temperature\, air quality and sea level rise. \nPlease RSVP before February 7th by emailing: membership@climatelearners.ca to secure your space. \nTime: 1:30 pm — 3:00 p.m. – Address: 355 St. Clair Ave W\, Suite 1704 \nJohn Kerry\, former US Special Climate Envoy says: “En-ROADS is quite simply a climate crisis game-changer for policymakers and people across the country. Everyone is hearing more and more about the science\, but sometimes it takes a demonstration tool like En-ROADS for people to see first-hand that everyone of us needs to be on a war footing and mobilize to fight this crisis head-on… En-ROADS is the ultimate conversation starter.” \nClick here for a sneak-peek at the En-ROADS Climate Solutions Simulator. \nDon’t miss this fascinating presentation!
