CALL’s June Learning Mtg – “Climate Change in Canada. Taking Action” with Dr. Martin Bush

Join us on Wednesday, June 18th at 10:00 a.m. EST for CALL’s learning meeting where Dr. Martin Bush will present on the topic: “Climate Change in Canada. Taking Action.”
Dr. Bush’s presentation will provide an overview of present and future climate change impacts in Canada followed by a review of measures and policies that will reduce the effects to a manageable level. The different policy options for mitigation and adaptation will also be explained and assessed. If Canada is to meet its obligations under the 2015 Paris Agreement, there is no time lose.

BIO:
Dr Martin Bush is a chemical engineer by training. He also holds an MSc in Protected Landscape Management and is the author of two books on climate change, renewable energy, and the impact of climate change on small island developing states.
