At CALL’s December 3 learning meeting, speaker, Mitchell Beer — a veteran climate and energy communicator and founding publisher of The Energy Mix — shared his perspective on the Canada-Alberta Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in his talk, “Pricing A Pipeline: What’s Real and What’s Next”.
The MOU has sparked a heated debate across Canada and divisions on several fronts so Mitchel’s remarks could not have been more timely. Watch the recording here that in addition to Mitchell’s talk includes short, insightful presentations by CALL members: Michael Barkley on COP30; Priscilla Platt on Canada’s complex division of powers; and Janet Haynes Graham who reviews the Canada Alberta MOU.
It’s clear that many questions remain to be resolved in the months ahead. Below you will find links to some webinars and articles that will further deepen your understanding of the issues.
